Composer's Showcase
The Composers’ Showcase is an annual festival of concerts showcasing original compositions by students at The University of Montana. The Festival began in the early 1960’s. Works for choir, wind ensemble, orchestra, chamber ensembles and vocal & instrumental soloists are premiered in a concert setting. Performances & compositions are critiqued by a professional guest composer. Recent guest participants have included William Albright, James Eversole, Anthony Innaccone, David Maslanka, Harold Owen, William Kraft, John Marvin, and Jonathan Berger, to name a few.
